  1. Good to hear from you.😊 I hope you are safe and healthy. I am. So far so good.
Right in the middle of Covid-19 we (our community) had a flood as a result of two dam failing. It’s like coronavirus never existed. We have been so consumed with flood recovery for the last 2 weeks. We were not as affected by flood waters as some. We have much to be thankful for.

I am so sorry to hear that! I too am in an area prone to flood, we did in April, I’m glad you’re safe.

      1. Interestingly, many people were evacuated as a result — about 10,000 but there were no injuries or deaths, just a lot of damage. Those closes to the dams of course had the most damage. A whole town was affected. All the businesses were totaled, every home had flood waters. In our town there was damage in places that never get flooding — like us. We were blessed compared to many people who had water up to and into their first floor. Some are now living in campers and trailers while work is done on their house. Maybe I should write about another post. I didn’t know I still had so much so say! Thanks for responding to the story about our flooding.

  3. I’ve also been out of the “writing zone” and have been focusing on self-care. There are some days that I’m doing well, others that I’m full of anxiety and I feel too overwhelmed to give my 100% to anything.

I hope you are staying happy and safe during these times. As always, glad to see your check-in and sending you plenty of virtual hugs my fellow gemini β™ŠοΈπŸ’›

    1. Yea, there were a lot of things going on and I had to retreat so I can regroup, but I am happy you pushed through despite your anxiety. Keep doing so! You stay safe as well. **big Michy hug**
